Reelfoot Lake Fishing Report

    FALL TRANSITION UNDERWAY

Jackie Wayne's Back with another fishing report on Reelfoot Lake...

Lake is about 6 inches below pool level...surface temp.
is in the upper 70's.

Crappie are still being caught in10 to14 feet of water. They are biting minnows and jigs white / chart...we're catching 15-20 keepers in about 6hrs.

 Bass are slow with not much happening at this time.

 Blue gill are also slow at this time.

Catfishing is good with night crawlers or stink bait in 3 to 6 foot water.

Fishing will keep improving with the cooler weather.
The lake is beautiful this time of year so come and enjoy.
