REELFOOT LAKE YEARLY
CALENDAR OF EVENTS

January thru March
 EAGLE TOURS: American Bald Eagle and Waterfowl Tours begin January 2nd and continue through mid-March. Buses will leave daily at 10:00 AM from Reelfoot Lake State Park Airpark Inn. Tours will last approximately 2 hours. There is a moderate charge for this tour and reservations should be made in advance. Call 731-253-9652.

March
DEEP SWAMP CANOE TRIP: A wetland trip through unique areas of Reelfoot Lake's Cypress Swamp. Reservations required. Call 731-253-9652. Other trips may be scheduled for groups. Every weekend, March and April, 8:00 AM and 1:00 PM. Moderate charge.

May
PONTOON BOAT CRUISES: Guided Scenic Boat Cruises to observe birds and natural beauty of Reelfoot Lake. Each tour departs from the Visitor Center at 9:00 AM and lasts approximately 3 hours. Trips at 1:30 PM and 2:45 PM on weekends. Weekend afternoon trips last about 1 1/2 hours. For reservations and information call 731-253-9652.

SWAMP TROMP: Take a wet walk to observe huge cypress trees and unique wetland ecosystem. Registration required, call 731-253-9652. May 5th, and 6th. This trip may be scheduled for groups on other dates.

June, July, August
SUMMER NATURALIST PROGRAM: During the months of June through August, a variety of programs will be offered by Reelfoot Lake State Park’s Interpretive/Recreational Staff. Call 731-253-9652 for schedule.

MOONLIGHT BOAT CRUISE: Take a cruise under a full moon on Reelfoot Lake to observe it's natural beauty after dark. Reservations required. Call 731-253-9652

SUNSET BOAT CRUISE: This cruise is an opportunity to experience the serenity of beautiful Reelfoot Lake.
Reservations required. Call 731-253-9652

COOKOUT CRUISE: Cruise includes a cookout (hot, dogs, chips, soft drinks) on Caney Island. Our  tours fill quickly, therefore,  reservations are recommended. Reservations for groups are required. Please call 721-253-9652 for schedule and reservations.

REELFOOT LAKE TRASH AND TREASURES - This area wide flea market will feature yard sales all around the lake. You'll be able to find tons of reasonably priced yard sale items, as well as local memorabilia available. 

September
ROUNDHOUSE REUNION:  A fun filled day of music on Reelfoot Lake shores. Call 731-253-9652

October
ANNUAL ARTS & CRAFTS FESTIVAL: First weekend of October. Over 300 Exhibitors from several states and thousands of shoppers descend upon the lake for the three day annual event.
