Report for: February 8th, 2002

Crappie fishing this week continues to be good, even through this recent cold spell. There were some good reports of Crappie being caught in the 12-14 foot range out on the main lake, while a few anglers have also had some luck in the 9 foot range.

Jeremy stresses, "This time of year just fish slow and fish deep".

Lake levels remain very high. Minnows are, as always, the bait of choice on Reelfoot, and don't forget, the 30 fish limit on Crappie begins on March 1st.

Bass, Bream and Catfish reports aren't coming in at this time. But, look for the bass fishing to pick up soon.
