2010 Reelfoot Lake Division of The Ultimate Bass Fishing Challenge

Next Reelfoot Lake Tournament is
April 24th - 6:00 Launch.

     March 6th was a beautiful day on the lake with a nice warm 57 degrees, a very calm wind and lots of sun. Although lots of sun and calm winds feel really good to the anglers, it doesn't always add up the best day of fishing.

     The team of Eugene Angel Jr. & Mike Chandler of Union City, TN brought 15.43lbs to the scales earning them the 1st Place prize along with the tournament Big Bass kicker of 4.08lbs. Eugene & Mike reported catching their fish on a spinnerbait and flipping plastics to grass. Congratulations Guys!

     The team of Jim Curlin & Monica Curlin of Union City, TN took 2nd Place but earned 1st Place in the points with a stringer weighing 10.78lbs. Jim & Monica reported boating their fish flipping plastics to trees. Congratulations!

     The Reelfoot Lake Inn made it off lucky this time with both RLI competitors zeroing and not being able to claim the $200 sponsor award. So remember, highest placing team staying the night prior to the tournament is in the running for some bonus money. Good Luck next time.
